See an agentfollow the workthrough.

Work stalls when a file is incomplete or a handoff sits still. Agents check the file and follow up in your existing software. The person responsible answers in a text. They do not log into another product.

Illustrated agent conversation

Sales rep: Can you review deal SR-1042?

Mass AI: I reviewed the deal. The contract and utility bill names don’t match.

Mass AI: Please confirm the account holder and update the file. I’ll recheck it.

Sales rep: On it. I’ll update the file.

No external system is contacted and no real text message or email is sent.

  1. 01

    Notice the problem

    Checking the file

The agent checks the submitted work against the company’s requirements and identifies the exact information that does not match.

  2. 02

    Follow up

    Waiting

It asks the right person for the correction, carries the relevant context with the request, and stays with the work as it moves forward.

  3. 03

    Keep human judgment

    Waiting

When the answer is unclear or consequential, the agent brings the issue and its evidence to a person to decide.

Start with one workflow in your operation.

We learn how your company works, then build the knowledge, agents, and controls to support it.

  1. 01

    Assess the full operation

We map the workflows, handoffs, systems, company rules, and repetitive work that move a solar project from selling through service. That view shows where agents can remove waiting, correction, and rework.

  2. 02

    Build the company brain

We organize approved company knowledge, rules, decisions, terminology, and relevant work history into private context. Your existing operating software remains the source of truth.

  3. 03

    Build agents and controls

Each agent receives a defined job, the information and actions it needs, and clear boundaries. Access, checks, approvals, and human decisions are designed into the work from the beginning.

  4. 04

    Put your agents to work

Agents work through approved connections to complete repetitive operational jobs across your existing systems. They carry context through each handoff and bring exceptions to the people responsible for judgment.

Your people are not chasing a name on a bill.

The homeowner is handled. The deal stays in motion.

Illustrated agent conversation

Mass AI: The utility bill name doesn’t match on SR-1042. I drafted a text to Jordan.

Approval card: Text Jordan Lee. Project SR-1042. To Jordan Lee. Purpose: ask to be copied on the utility email. Exact message: The bill for 1847 Harbor View is under Taylor Lee. May I email Harbor Electric with you copied?

Sales rep: Approved.

No external system is contacted and no real text message or email is sent.

Your project is not waiting on a permit.

The request is in. Your team is not the bottleneck.

Illustrated agent conversation

Mass AI: SR-1042 is stalled on the building permit. I drafted the AHJ email.

Approval card: Email the AHJ. Project SR-1042. To Harbor View Building Department. Purpose: send the signed site plan. Exact message: Attached is the signed site plan for 1847 Harbor View Drive. What is the next building-permit step?

Sales rep: Approved.

No external system is contacted and no real text message or email is sent.

Your systems. Your decisions.

The product is built so the company keeps the record, the judgment, and the permission.

  1. 01

    Existing software

Sales, project, design, and other operating applications remain the source of truth. Agents work through approved connections around those systems.

  2. 02

    Human judgment

People keep control of exceptions, conflicting information, approvals, and high-impact actions. The decision arrives as a text, with the evidence attached. They do not log into another product to use the agent.

  3. 03

    Bounded access

Each agent receives only the information and actions its workflow needs. It cannot grant itself new access or expand its own role.

What operators ask.

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software given a specific job, the information and tools needed to do it, and clear rules for when a person must step in. It can follow work through several steps, take only permitted actions in existing software, check the result, and continue until the job is complete or needs human judgment.

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot or fixed automation?

A chatbot mainly responds to questions. Fixed automation repeats the same preset path. An agent can gather the approved information a job requires, work through several permitted steps, and respond when something is missing or unusual. It still works within a defined job and stops when the situation requires a person.

What work could AI agents handle in a solar operation?

Possible jobs include reviewing submitted deals, coordinating document corrections, tracking permitting or interconnection steps, preparing scheduling handoffs, flagging procurement exceptions, assembling closeout packages, and routing service issues. These are examples, not a fixed package. Each company’s operations assessment determines where its first agent belongs.

What is the private company brain?

The private company brain organizes the company’s approved knowledge, rules, decisions, terminology, and relevant work history. It gives each agent the specific context needed for its job. It is shared infrastructure for the agents, not a replacement for the company’s operating software and not a separate product category.

Does Mass AI replace our existing software?

No. The company’s sales, project, design, and other operating applications remain the source of truth. Agents work through approved connections and permitted actions around those systems. The people who must approve a send do that in a text message. They do not log into Mass AI. The aim is to help complete work across the tools and handoffs the company already uses, not force a complete software replacement.

How is an agent’s access and permission controlled?

Before an agent begins work, the company defines what information it may use, which actions it may take, what it must check, and where approval is required. The agent receives only the access needed for its workflow. It cannot grant itself new access or expand its own role.

Where do people stay involved?

People keep control of judgment calls, exceptions, conflicting information, approvals, policy questions, and high-impact actions. The agent handles the repetitive chasing, checking, and updating inside its assigned job, then brings unclear or consequential decisions to the right person as a text, with the exact message and relevant information attached. That text is their interface. They do not log into another product to use the agent.

What happens when information is missing or conflicting?

The agent does not guess. It identifies the exact missing or conflicting information, explains why it matters, records what it found, and requests the correction or decision needed to continue. When the issue falls outside its permission or the evidence remains unclear, the workflow stops for a person.

Show us where the operation gets stuck.

We’ll map the work, choose the first agent with you, and put it to work with your team.
