Privacy Policy

Effective

Mass AI operates massai.ai. This policy explains what information the website collects, how we use it, and the services involved when you contact us or book a demo.

Information we collect

When you visit the site, we collect information about how the site is used. This can include pages and paths viewed, referring page and campaign information, link and button clicks, time on page, device and browser information, web performance measurements, heatmap activity, masked session recordings, and browser error diagnostics.

We use PostHog for this website analytics. PostHog may use first-party browser storage or cookies to maintain an anonymous visitor and session identifier. Contact forms are excluded from autocapture and blocked in session replay. Replay text, inputs, and element attributes are masked, and dashboard routes are excluded from public-site analytics and replay.

When you contact Mass AI, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, work email, company, role, phone number, company website, operational problem, and additional context. We also keep source information associated with the submission, such as the landing page, referring origin, and campaign tags.

After a successful inquiry, we link your website activity in PostHog to the inquiry with a protected identifier derived from your work email. This links activity from the earlier anonymous session to the inquiry so we can understand which pages and campaigns lead to real conversations. We do not send your work email, the message body, or your phone number to PostHog.

When you book a demo, Google collects the information you enter in its booking form. Mass AI receives booking details needed to manage the appointment, including your name, email, scheduled time, time zone, meeting link, and booking status.

Earlier form-abuse records may contain a protected hash derived from an IP address, rather than the raw IP address. New form submissions do not collect an IP hash for submission limits.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and manage business conversations.
  • Send inquiry and demo-booking confirmations.
  • Schedule and operate demos.
  • Understand website performance and which content leads to useful conversations.

How information is shared

We disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and handle inquiries. These include PostHog for analytics, Resend for email delivery, and Google Calendar and Google Meet for demo scheduling. Information may also be processed by website hosting, database, security, and customer-relationship service providers acting for Mass AI.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful process, or to protect the security and integrity of Mass AI, the website, or others.

Your choices and questions

You can choose not to submit the contact form or use the Google booking tool. If you want to ask about information you submitted, correct it, or request deletion, contact collin@massai.ai. Mass AI may need to verify the request and may retain information when needed for security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

Security

Mass AI uses access controls, masked analytics, private server-side storage, and protected abuse controls intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
